Caught between his career and his principles, Jewish lawyer Danny must defend Mike, an aggressive and violent skinhead accused of a vicious racist murder. Over the course of building a defence for Mike, an intense and fiery relationship develops between the two men and Danny is forced to examine the limits of his own liberalism.
