The exuberance and energy of Brazil comes to the Sadler’s Wells stage in a production that boasts 50 performers.
30 dancers, 15 musicians and five of Brazil’s most highly regarded singers explore the Samba in all its forms: from its beginnings as a ritual love dance, to the influence of genres such as forro, hip hop and capoeira.
The show is conceived and directed by Claudio Segovia, whose numerous Broadway and West End hits include the Laurence Olivier Award nominated Tango Argentino, and Black and Blue, nominated for ten Tony Awards.
