Lynda Carter, best known for her spandex-clad exploits as cult superhero Wonder Woman, will perform a one-woman show for two nights in London this September.
Carter’s show, which is to be staged at the Garrick theatre on 17 and 18 September, will feature the singer and actress performing songs from her album Lynda Carter: At Last, supported by a live band.
Carter began singing as a teenager before finding global fame as spinning crime fighter Wonder Woman in the 1970s. After releasing her debut album, Portrait, Carter appeared in London in 1979, with a sell out performance at the London Palladium. At Last marks her first return to the West End with a solo show since.
Lynda Carter follows another star of the 70s at the Garrick theatre; David Essex musical All The Fun Of The Fair is currently playing at the West End venue, where it is booking until 5 September.
