Hit improvised comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway?.. Live will bring its brand of unplanned comedy to the London Palladium for 14 performances only this summer.
The off-the-cuff comedy show runs at the historic London theatre from 9 to 19 June.
Regular stars of the hit 90s TV phenomenon, Colin Mochrie, Josie Lawrence, Greg Proops and Brad Sherwood will be joined by Jeff Davis for the live shows, which will see the unprepared comedians challenged to create sketches and songs based on suggestions from the audience and rules laid out by their host. That host, as it was for the television series, will be Clive Anderson.
Speaking about the return of the live comedy show, which also played a short season at the Adelphi Theatre last summer, Anderson said: “I’m excited that Whose Line Is It Anyway?…Live will be returning to the West End this summer for more unscripted, unrestrained comedy in our biggest venue to date. Sunday night and indeed every other night at the London Palladium. I’ll be firmly – sometimes not so firmly – in charge as host of the show and looking forward to the best, and worst, audiences will throw at our talented improvisers this time round.”
Tickets for Whose Line Is In Anyway?.. Live go on sale on Friday 18 March.
