On Saturday, up to a million people lined the streets of our capital to watch and celebrate the Pride In London Parade. And along with the hundreds of thousands of people flying the rainbow flag high and applying a coat of glitter to their cheeks were London’s theatres. See how the West End celebrated Pride in 2018.
Some took part in the celebrations by performing live in Trafalgar Square:

Led by Sadiq Khan and the NHS, the message of diversity and inclusion was spread throughout the day through official Pride In London channels and its supporters.Β The annual march promotes equal rights for the LGBTQ+ community and this, the 45th year of the parade, highlighted just how important Pride is and that the fight for equality isn’t over.
