Fancy taking a child to the theatre absolutely free this summer? Then you’re in luck, tickets for 2015’s Kids Week are now officially on sale and there are an incredible 45 top London shows on offer.
Our annual kids go free promotion runs throughout the month of August and offers a free ticket for anyone aged 16 and under with every adult ticket purchased. Kids Week goers also have the option of purchasing up to another two children’s tickets at half price.
This year’s staggering list of shows available to book includes everything from long-running musicals Les Misérables, Disney’s The Lion King, Charlie And The Chocolate Factory and The Phantom Of The Opera to newcomers to the West End including Bend It Like Beckham The Musical, the David-Suchet led The Importance Of Being Earnest, magic show Impossible and this year’s Best New Musical Olivier Award winner Sunny Afternoon.
Catering for the whole family, there are dozens of shows on offer for every child from toddler to teenager, with even the littlest of theatregoers spoilt for choice whether they are fans of The Gruffalo, fancy something new with brand new show The 3 Little Pigs or are enchanted by Aliens Love Underpants.
The fun doesn’t end there. In order to truly introduce young people to the wonder of theatre, there is a unique line-up of exclusive experiences that can be booked alongside tickets that grant unparalleled access to the magic of the stage.
So, whether your child is a budding dancing and wants to move like Billy Elliot or a Jersey Boy, is brave enough to meet one of Dinosaur Zoo or intrigued by how theatre is made and wants to find out more with The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time, there is an activity, event or workshop that will fit the bill.
