In today’s Tell Us In 10, we’re talking to David Scotland who stars in the Olivier Award-nominated family show, The Tiger Who Came To Tea. Playing at Theatre Royal Haymarket until 5 September, this funny, imaginative and magical show is based on the beloved classic picture book written by Judith Kerr OBE.
When Sophie and her Mummy answer the door to a huge stripy tiger and invite him in for tea, they don’t bargain on quite how hungry he is. Find out more about the guzzling tiger and why this is the perfect show to see with the family in our interview with David below.

Because I’ve always enjoyed making people laugh. When I’m on stage I get to make hundreds of people do it all at once (or at least try!).

The Tiger Who Came To Tea is full of sing-a-longs, interactive fun and even contains impressive illusions and slight of hand-designed by the President of the Magic Circle, Scott Penrose. The show is also a great way to introduce children to the wonders of live entertainment in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
