The Royal Court has announced the transfer of the three-time award-winning Edinburgh Fringe Festival show, The Fall.
Having won acclaim from critics and audiences alike at this year’s Fringe, the show, which documents the experiences of seven drama students from Cape Town who formed part of the movement to bring the statue of colonialist Cecil Rhodes down, will play in the Jerwood Theatre Upstairs for a limited three week run from Tuesday 26 September.
The Baxter Theatre Centre at the University of Cape Town’s production does not promise solutions, but insights into the dismantling of colonialist and patriarchal icons across the world.
