The Prince Of Egypt resumes performances from tomorrow

The Prince Of Egypt musical has gripped West End audiences since it’s opening last year and is one of the top two best-selling shows in this year’s Kids Week with an incredible 8,5000+ tickets sold to date! We’re so thrilled to announce today that it will be resuming performances at the Dominion Theatre from tomorrow following its suspension due to UK Government Track and Trace legislation.

In this spectacular production, you will be transported to ancient Egypt as two young men, raised together as brothers in a kingdom of privilege, find themselves suddenly divided by a secret past. One must rule as Pharaoh, the other must rise up and free his true people; both face a destiny that will change history forever.

The classic DreamWorks animation film is brought to life on stage with music and lyrics by multi-Grammy and Academy Award-winner Stephen Schwartz’s (Wicked, Godspell) showstopping choreography from Sean Cheesman and a huge cast and orchestra of 60 stand-out artists including Luke Brady (Moses), Liam Tamne (Ramses), Christine Allado (Tzipporah), Alexia Khadime (Miriam), Joe Dixon (Seti), Debbie Kurup (Tuya), Clive Rowe* (Jethro), Mercedesz Csampai (Yocheved), Adam Pearce (Hotep) and more. Nardia Ruth will be making her professional and West End debut as Nefertari in The Prince of Egypt from 17 September. Nardia is a 2021 graduate of London’s Royal Academy of Music and a Disney Theatrical Productions Scholar and an Ian Fleming Musical Theatre Award recipient.

If your children loved the classic DreamWorks movie, they will be blown away as it comes to life on stage, transporting you to the shifting sands of Ancient Egypt. Fans of the movie will also be pleased to know that the show will feature 10 new songs and 5 of the acclaimed songs from the film, including Deliver Us, All I Ever Wanted, Through Heaven’s Eyes and When You Believe.

With a huge cast and orchestra of 60 artists, stunning grand costumes not to mention an incredibly beautiful moving set, this phenomenal production is one not to be missed.
