New Jamie New and a new cast mean new production shots for Everybody’s Talking About Jamie! Who knew! (well, us, that’s why we’re sharing them…)
With the new cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie approaching the end of their previews, some brand new images of the show have been released to get everybody talking about…well, Jamie!
The new cast includes Layton William (Billy Elliot, Bad Education) in the title role of Jamie, Shane Richie (EastEnders) as Hugo/Loco Channelle, Hayley Tamaddon (Emmerdale, Coronation Street) as Miss Hedge, Sejal Keshwala as Ray and Sabrina Sandhu as Pritti Pasha.
Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is the story of Jamie New. He’s got big dreams which he wants to accomplish in even bigger high heels. With the support of his mum, best friends Ray and Pritti, and the legendary Loco Channelle, will Jamie be able to go out of the darkness and into the spotlight? Or will the wall in his head prevent him from accomplishing his dreams?
Based on a true story, this Olivier Award-nominated musical recently hit 500 performances in the West End and has announced a UK tour for 2020.
