Hello Blippi! Would you mind introducing yourself to our audience?
Yeah!! Hey, it’s me, Blippi! It’s so nice to meet you! Let’s see. Well, I have TWO favourite colours: blue and orange! I also love to go down slides, learn about dinosaurs – RAWR! – and visit construction sites. Especially ones with Excavators! I’m so excited to be here in London. This place is AWESOME!!
The thing I love most about my job is…
I get to have so much fun!! I get to sing – la la la laaa – dance – and be silly! Yeah, and the best part is that I get to share my favourite songs with my old friends, and make new friends!
On my days off I like to:
Days off can be really nice. I like to wake up and eat a yummy and healthy breakfast to give me lots of energy! Then I go to the biggest, most awesome playground that has the best, most colorful ball pit ever! And can you guess how I like to end my day? Yeah! With a giant super fun dance party – with my best friend Meekah! She and I love to dance.
What is the number one thing you would like kids to learn from you?
That being curious is so cool! Yeah, when you’re curious, you get to learn new things, meet new people, and explore new places! It’s a lot of fun.
What is your favorite hobby?
Well, I love moving and grooving and being silly. So my favorite hobby is dancing! Yeah, with dancing, you can be extra silly or shake your wiggles out. It’s so much fun! AND it’s good exercise that keeps you nice and healthy.
My inspiration is:
All of the super cool new places I get to explore! Like museums, zoos, and playgrounds, yeah! Every location has something AMAZING to discover, like shapes or numbers or really cool facts I didn’t know before! It’s awesome.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is:
Oh, never be afraid to ask questions. It’s okay to not know something, that’s how we learn new things and grow our minds. And then next time you see it – you’ll know the answer!
What is your favorite song from Blippi the Musical?
Oooh! There are so many awesome songs in Blippi The Musical. Hm, I think I like the Monster Truck song best… Oh wait! The Brush your Teeth song is so much fun because we get to dance with GINORMOUS toothbrushes!! It’s so silly. Oh! And I really like the Dinosaur song, too. Rawr! Uh… I think they’re all my favorites, haha! They’re so cool.
…And your favourite dance?
My favorite dance?! Hmmm, if I had to pick one, I’d pick the Dinosaur dance! Cause we get to do one of my favorite activities – pretend to be dinosaurs! Yeah, we pretend our hands are claws, we stomp our feet, and we let out the biggest roar we can. RAWR!! It’s awesome!!
What do you think is the main thing you would like your audience to take from Blippi The Musical?
Well, have you ever had a day where things just didn’t really go as planned? Yeah, that’s exactly what happens in our show! Our party machine won’t start, so we keep trying new ways to fix it over and over and OVER! But NONE of it works. Until we realize that we’re missing the one thing we need to fix it – TEAMWORK! Yeah! Teamwork is important. You have to work together to solve problems. So, remember to never give up on your goals, and that your friends and family are always there to help you!
