The first ‘lady’ of Australian comedy arrived in style to launch her alter ego Barry Humprhies’ farewell London performance at the London Palladium.
Humphries and his comedy creations Sandy Stone, Les Patterson and Everage won’t take up residence at the home of Variety until 13 November, but the world’s most glamorous Dame gave invited guests a treat by arriving in a low key limousine before laying out her view on the world as the show was launched to press and industry insiders.
