Ghost The Musical’s Mark Evans and Siobhan Dillon have taken their on stage partnership into the recording studio to bring a YouTube treat to Ghost’s legion of fans.
The pair have recorded their own version of Australian musician Gotye’s massively popular hit Somebody That I Used To Know, which held the UK’s number one spot for four weeks earlier this year. You can watch the entire track above.
Evans and Dillon joined the cast of Ghost The Musical back in January, replacing original leads Richard Fleeshman and Cassie Levy as the unfortunate lovers at the centre of the stage adaptation of the much-loved movie.
The production, which features music by The Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard, first opened at the Piccadilly theatre in October 2011 and recently received five nominations at the Olivier Awards with MasterCard, where Evans and Dillon’s co-star Sharon D Clarke also performed.
Ghost The Musical, which is currently booking until next April, is also part of the Get Into London Theatre Summer 2012 promotion, offering top price tickets for just £40 during the London 2012 Festival period. Book now!
