Last week was nominations week for the Olivier Awards 2019 with Mastercard – and it was certainly a busy one for the lucky nominees. On Tuesday, they found out that they were amongst the incredible performers and creatives nominated for this year’s Olivier Awards. And, then, on Friday, they celebrated the achievement.
Ahead of the spectacular event at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 7 April, this year’s Olivier Awards nominees came together last week to enjoy a taste of the glitz, glamour and love they’ll experience on the evening.
This year’s annual Olivier Award nominees’ celebration took place in the Crystal Room at the beautiful May Fair Hotel. And the day also served as a celebration of four theatre legends, honoured with special recognition awards.
