Performances begin TONIGHT for The Royal Ballet’s production of La Bayadère – and we’ve an exclusive first look at the magnificent spectacle in action.
Featuring one of the most demanding sequences in classic ballet, La Bayadère is transforming the Royal Opera House into a marvellous world, where temple dancers and noble warriors spring to life.
Natalia Makarova’s production of the 19th-century classic ballet encompasses The Kingdom Of The Shades, in which all 24 of The Royal Ballet’s corps de ballet dancers will move in complete synchronicity in a sight to behold.
Enjoy the first production images below, and head on over to The Royal Ballet’s website to book before 17 November.
