In November last year, David Cassidy sadly passed. The internationally celebrated singer and actor had a shining career that spanned six decades. Even though he was most well-known for his role in the musical sitcom The Partridge Family, he started his career on the stage.
He made his professional debut in the Broadway musical The Fig Leaves Are Falling in 1969 and frequently returned to live theatre throughout his career. One such stage appearance was at the West End’s very own Phoenix Theatre where he starred in Blood Brothers.
To celebrate the life and achievements of the great performer, a memorial plaque dedicated to him will be erected at the Phoenix Theatre. The unveiling will take place on 21 September at 12pm.
