We acknowledge the pain and inequality that is the result of racism, and we stand ready to learn from BME arts leaders and communities: to work together and ensure that our practices provide the support needed for all to heal, grow and thrive.
We welcome dialogue that is led by those with lived experience, to ensure that we are contributing to positive change, and actively reaffirming that black lives matter.
We are reaching out to various practitioners to look at what we can do better to positively support and move the agenda forward.
