They better stash away their porridge supplies (and get practising their temperature regulation) at The London Palladium… because this year’s Palladium panto is Goldilocks And The Three Bears! And better still, a star-studded cast is returning, joined by BBC One star Matt Baker!

Best known for co-hosting The One Show, Matt will be making his Palladium Panto debut as Joey the Clown. Paul O’Grady returns to the venue as the villainous The Evil Ringmaster, alongside season regulars Julian Clary (playing The Ringmaster), Paul Zerdin (as Silly Billy), Nigel Havers (as Daddy Bear) and Gary Wilmot (as Dame Betty Barnum).

And adding some jaw-dropping variety into the mix will be illusionist Phil Hitchcock; the high-speed roller-skating circus act The Skating Medini (Asia and Dylan Medini); Europe’s youngest stunt rider, Peter Pavlov, and his ‘Globe of Speed’; and Sascha Williams from the Belli Family Circus in Germany.

With more stars than you can shake a telescope at – and the promise of more on the way – Goldilocks And The Three Bears will begin performances on Saturday 7 December, playing a 5-week run until Sunday 12 January 2020.

This version of Goldilocks And The Three Bears centres on Dame Betty Barnum (Wilmot) and her daughter, Goldilocks. When the duo’s circus comes under threat from an evil rival circus owner, they’ll need to enlist the help of their madcap friends – as well as three brilliant bears – to rescue their Big Top from ruin.

It’s the fourth year in a row that the London Palladium has hosted a festive pantomime, following previous hits Cinderella, Dick Whittington and Snow White. Each one has been produced by the Olivier Award-winning team directed by Michael Harrison, and produced by Nick Thomas and Michael for Qdos Entertainment.

We reckon it’ll prove “just right” – so grab your Goldilocks And The Three Bears tickets right now!
