Kids Week has only been on sale for one day and has already issued over 104,000 tickets. Kids Week encourages families to experience live theatre with over 35 top shows taking part and offering free tickets for children throughout August and is supported by See Tickets.

During Kids Week one child aged 16 or under can go free to a wide range of participating shows when accompanied by an adult paying full price. In addition, two extra children can go for half price, and there are no booking, postage or transaction fees. This year marks the 20th Kids Week, which began in 1998 and over the years has reached over 1.2 million children and families.

Fear not, there are still plenty of tickets available with over 90,000 tickets available for performances throughout August.

Julian Bird, Chief Executive of Society of London Theatre said: “The audience response to Kids Week has been incredible and highlights the enduring appeal and resilience of our theatre industry and our capital city. No other art form can unite and inspire people like theatre does and we look forward to welcoming a new generation of theatregoers to our member venues across the city.”

The full line-up of participating shows and availability is available at KidsWeek.co.uk
